guide name: Rumana BegumWe visited on a Monday evening when the offer of 50% is on. It was fairly quiet when we walked in just before 7pm. We ordered sirloin steaks with steak chips and wedges. The steak was cooked as we liked it. It was tender and juicy. The mushroom sauce I believe needs to be more thicker as it was watered down. My only suggestion to the brothers will be to be mindful when taking orders especially relating to allergies as we ordered a burger and it contained cheese which was clearly asked to not be included. We had to reorder again.

The flavor was quite average, and the meat wasn’t as tender or well-seasoned as I hoped. The rice lacked the rich aroma and spice balance that a good biryani should have. Portion size was okay, but overall, it felt a bit disappointing considering the price. Hopefully, they can improve the quality and taste in the future.

My husband brought food home and I ate most of the burger, was about to take another bite and I notice something black so I open the burger and it’s a whole fly! I did notice the lettuce wasn’t as fresh as it normally is but didn’t think to check for flies. I actually feel sick, the hygiene level of this place needs to improve asap before they get reported to environmental health.

guide name: Ramesh PatelOrdered 6 for collection. Arrived at the collection point at the time stated on the order. On arrival I was ignored by no less than 4 members of staff. They refused to acknowledge me. Didn't ask if I was here to collect or order. They were clearly busy with other orders but had walked passed me several times. When the pizzas were eventially readdy 20mins after the last collection window, i found 2 pizzas out of 6 were burnt. Told them about it and the guy suggested that some customers like them burnt. I asked if I had specified that was the case with me, to which he rightly said no. I rejected those 2 pizzas and they offered to remake them. In the meantime the others 4 pizzas i had ordered were getting cold. Informed customer service who were completing useless and said "We want to assure you that all our products are prepared to specific temperatures for specific times to ensure they arrive perfectly cooked and delicious." Clearly, they were not the right temperature, they were burnt! No offer of any form of goodwill from the customer services team. Wont be ordered to this store again!
