London Business School
guide name: Amrit DasLondon Business School — Is it worth it in 2025? An honest review. Body: London Business School remains one of Europe’s most powerful launchpads for global business careers. With an international cohort, deep ties into London’s finance and consulting ecosystem, flexible MBA formats and a prestige brand that still opens doors, LBS delivers strong employment outcomes and a network you’ll use for life. But these benefits come at a premium: tuition + London living costs are high, admissions are fiercely competitive, and you should be clear whether LBS aligns with your target geography and industry. In short — choose LBS if you want global exposure, elite recruiting channels and an international alumni network; look elsewhere if you’re budget-sensitive or targeting a local market where LBS brand carries less weight.

Lord's Cricket Ground
guide name: Pooja PatelAttended the Lord's museum and stadium tour as part of an event through my work. David, the tour guide was exceptional. He was engaging, funny, witty, and super informative. It's a shame it was in the evening as it was too dark to see the grounds properly but still worthwhile. Our tour finished with a little intro into cricket training in the ICC with some of the coaches, who were also really good. This was so much fun. Thank you!

Bizzarro
guide name: FoodieI trued their alio olio it was perfectly cooked but it lacks some creaminess. It was a bit dry. A 9/10 steak! And an average lasagna. The place is packed, we had to wait for 10mins for a table of 2. Nice and super friendly staff. Would I visit again? Probably not.

The SeaShell of Lisson Grove
guide name: Salim “SalC6” COne of the best fish and chips in London. I've been meaning to try this place for years and finally got around to it. The restaurant has two parts. One part a normal fish and chip shop with casual seating and a posh restaurant part which is very ornate and tastefully decorated. I sat in the normal part. Ordered small Cod and Chips and a beef (halal) sausage. The chips were cooked to perfection and you can tell they were fried in clean oil. Cod had a crispy batter and inside the fish was tasty and moist. The beef sausage was also nice and tasted better quality than your usual beef sausage. The posh part of the restaurant was very nice and the menu looked reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

The wine paring was amazing, some great labels paring perfectly with the food. And. The food was amazing, technically perfect, great flavours and a lot of truffle. I. My opinion a perfect place for a celebration or an important event.

The Bridge House
guide name: Cleric PrestonA nice little venue to put in your "places to eat and drink" file. The staff are pleasant and extremely helpful. The food is very nice and served reasonably quickly. It was quiet when we were there, so maybe there would be a little longer waiting at busy times. All in all, everything was extremely enjoyable, definitely one to remember and only a 6 minute walk from Paddington railway station.

guide name: Matjaz SivicWe stopped in this riverside restaurant while exploring little Venice. They mainly have italian food, which is really tasty. Portions are enormous. We started with excellent bruschetta with veggies and ricotta. We tried some pastas, gnocchi and ceasars salad - all tasty. Roasted chicken with yorkshire pudding, veggies and potatoes was done to perfection. I cannot remember rhe last time I had such a great tasting chicken. Wine - perfect red full body i recommend this restaurant, it is worth trying.

The Summerhouse
guide name: D Macnab"A Hidden Gem for a Perfect Birthday Celebration" We visited today for my birthday, and I’m so glad we found this little hidden gem! This charming fish restaurant offers a diverse menu with something for everyone — from fresh seafood to vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. I chose the catch of the day, which was a beautifully prepared salmon, while my husband had the steak, cooked to perfection. We ended with a delicious brownie for dessert that was rich and indulgent. The location is simply stunning, right on the canal. If you can, definitely ask for a table by the water — it’s by far the best spot to soak in the atmosphere. The wine was absolutely incredible — easily the best I’ve ever tasted, and it paired wonderfully with our meals. The overall experience was top-notch, from the intimate atmosphere to the impeccable table service. 10/10 all around! We’ll definitely be back soon.

The Clifton NW8
guide name: Carolina CarresiThis is an absolute gem of a pub…cozy, welcoming, and serving some of the best traditional English food we’ve ever had. We tried the roasts, the pies, the coleslaw… everything was spot on. But the real star? The sticky toffee pudding. I’m still emotionally recovering – it was that good. A must if you’re in London and craving comfort food done right!

Pearl Liang
guide name: Nick WongFood is quite good quality but portion sizes are really stingy and small. 6 of us ordered the set menu which was £55 and duck and fish and prawns were very small potions for 6 adults, see photos. The food is no doubt quite nice but would have appreciated bigger portions for that price. There was also a wedding going on so service was not as attentive as it should be if paying premium prices

I was surprised to an amazing experience, the service felt premium focused on all details of our experience at their cinema. I want to especially thanks Lucy for explaining how Everyman works and make sure we felt looked after from the beginning to the end of our visit. Not only I’ll come back, as I highly recommend a visit to Everyman Maida Vale.
