Responsibilities
Responsibilities for a Senior Property Manager
- Handle all tenant enquiries and requests relating to maintenance, contracts and utilities
- Generate monthly invoices to commercial tenants
- Organise and co-ordinate maintenance tasks as they arise
- Ensure all required safety certifications are up to date including EICRs, EPCs and gas safety checks
- Book and conduct property inspections
- Liaise with landlord and tenants to ensure all needs are met and standards upheld
- Manage tenancy deposits and resolve rent arrear queries
- Draft and deliver new tenancy agreements and tenancy extensions
- Support tenants’ on moving in day (check in) and moving out/contract end date (check out) procedures
Essential Skills for this role
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a property manager role
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- Ability to manage a 150 property portfolio
- Skilled at working under own initiative
- Assisting your team with questions and morning meetings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with tenants, agents and contractors
Required Skills
- Familiarity with FAA regulations is advantageous
- Strong desire to succeed
- Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Skills
- Able to analyze and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Provide accurate price quoting to brokers and direct customers in a timely manner
- Field high number of calls and emails and produce quotes in an expedited fashion
Soft Skills
- Maintain an accurate customer and broker database
- Foster & nurture relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new business
- Consistently meeting or exceeding objectives each month by meeting key performance indicators and sales targets
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Spanish language is advantageous
- Computer literate and experience with Aviation software
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-year proven experience in a sales environment (charter sales – operator/broker) or similar role
