Job Description
An award winning international property consultancy advising owners, occupiers and investors across the UK. With offices across London and four international branches, we deliver maximum exposure and honest, data led guidance so clients can make confident decisions. Our flagship office is in Canary Wharf.
Responsibilities
- Own every instruction from launch to offer, including listing quality, copy, media and portal performance
- Run a consistent vendor care programme with weekly update calls and a concise Friday summary email
- Lead price and positioning reviews at days 14 and 30, with clear recommendations backed by comparables and portal data
- Implement agreed price changes and relaunch plans, escalating larger repositioning to the Sales Director
- Drive enquiry handling and viewings with clear SLAs, daily huddles and call coaching for the consultant
- Personally manage a sales pipeline and carry deals through to offer, handing over to the Sales Director for progression to exchange
- Plan and deliver open days, targeted refresh campaigns and investor pushes for stale stock
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and a simple dashboard of viewings, offers and days on market
- Report weekly to the Sales Director on actions taken, results and next steps
Targets and KPIs
- Personal exchanged fee income target of £20,000 per calendar month
- Vendor update SLA 100 percent achieved each week
- Secure agreed price changes or relaunch actions on at least 75 percent of underperforming instructions within 21 days
- Minimum activity baselines per live listing: two viewings per week and 0.4 offers per instruction per week
- Reduce average days on market against baseline by 20 percent in the first 90 days
Preferred Skills
- Proven London residential sales experience with responsibility for vendor care and pricing
- Track record of turning around stale instructions and hitting personal revenue targets
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading vendor pricing conversations
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow through with high CRM accuracy
- Comfortable coaching a consultant on enquiry handling, call quality and follow up
- Competent with CRM and portal tools, plus Outlook, Word and Excel
