I just wanted to leave a review for Jed Matthews who has been incredibly helpful throughout our search for a property. We got in touch with Jed from Ernest Brooks while looking for properties in Canary Wharf and surrounding area. He was very proactive and accomodation for our requests.

I was in a situation where I urgently needed to find a flat in London at very short notice, and finding the right place in my preferred location and within my budget felt almost impossible. Thanks to the exceptional support of Jed Matthews at Ernest-Brooks International, what seemed impossible became possible in just a few days. Jed was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. He truly goes the extra mile for his clients, which is incredibly rare. I’m very grateful to Jed and the team for their excellent support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in London. Thank you!

Really happy with the service from Ahmad Wain. He was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. His communication was excellent, he kept me updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and straightforward. A real credit to Ernest Brooks International highly recommend Ahmad!

EBI has looked after my property and tenant for over 10 years now and my tenant has renewed again and again I think this last tenant has been in 4 years now the same one, a lot of that comes down to good management. If the tenant reports something, the team actually responds and gets it dealt with rather than leaving them chasing for weeks. It works for everyone. My tenants seem to be happy and stay longer, the flat is looked after and I don't have unnecessary empty periods and the cost of finding a new tenant every year. Rent lands the next day of payment before at a corporate I was waiting 14 days for their rent runs. EB is much quicker and Matt in accounts is the best!!! Very happy with the property management service and shout out to Matthew Houng!

I don’t usually write reviews but my m experience with Ernest- Brooks was nothing short of fantastic. I have to credit one of their agents, Archana, who delivered an outstanding service through her help and guidance in finding me a property. She was extremely professional, had a wealth of knowledge about the property and was able to answer all of my questions. I particularly liked that she was always easy to contact and had a kind manner at all times, which makes a huge difference to something that could have been incredibly stressful. Thank you for making this a seamless and enjoyable experience, I look forward to working with you and the team in the future.

I rent a flat from Ernest Brooks since October 2025 and everything from the visit to the application process with Nikita Laurent has been perfect. They handled very well the relationship with my landlord with great professionalism and outstanding upholding of the law on every side with care. As a renter I strongly recommend them.

Ernest Brooks International have been managing my apartment in Arena Tower, Canary Wharf and the service has been excellent, they took over from another agent who I felt were overcharging on maintenance and underdelivering on service, They secured a strong tenant at a good rent and have handled everything professionally since. Very reliable London property management company.
