Best Tutors

guide name: 67

It REALLY depends. This tutor is kinda bad,the toilets are sometimes broken, its a bit unprofessional,And if you are genuinely looking to get to the top of your class if you arent the smartest, its def not for you. In my experience,I would say that this tutor is only for people who are already pretty smart compared to peers, and just need to hone their already talented skills, compared to someone who is the bottom of the set. If you've read the reviews, most of the good ones are only from people in year 11 passing GCSE's or something, instead of yr sevens or eights maybe getting better,or not being as clueless. The english department is crazy,if your new in late ks2-early ks3,they talk abt some snow white stuff (idk if its js for me,or everyone who starts) But once your a couple weeks in,they tell you to write paragraphs about using all 6 senses on a person you know, like your uncle(including taste in which they tell you to talk about his food, which you prolly have never tasted.)??? The creativity you need there to actually complete that is inhuman,I couldnt come up with a single idea in my head, especially with how little room for creativity there is in there. And if you're not creative enough, all they do is tell you "Write more" or something, instead of giving you an actual DECENT example to take inspiration from. You're better off asking your english teacher for help. In total,if you're really smart and wanna move forward,Sure,go here. If you aren't the smartest and wanna get that really high push, then this tutor is NOT for you at all. You're better off asking your maths teacher or wtv for extra help on the subject. even now,I've learnt more from my nice math teacher than I ever have, and probably would have from these maths tutors. This place is mostly for the talented,if your grades arent looking so good right now, maybe ask your teacher for extra assistance before you throw money at someone for help. The money hungry allegations also aren't 100% wrong? The minimum is TWO lessons for some reason, you cannot cut it down to one, which is odd. I don't know if there is another reason for this, but it's a bit weird why you can't just do one lesson and leave.

My son had his very first performance on stage with Platinum Performing Arts, and I couldn’t be prouder. He performed in Acro Level 1 and absolutely shone with confidence and joy. It was such a special moment seeing him up there doing something he loves for the first time. A huge thank you to the amazing team at Platinum for their support and encouragement ☺️

Capital Restaurant Edmonton

Really enjoyed my experience here at capital. The restaurant is very large and has a nice and friendly feel. They offer complimentary bread which tastes super fresh along with a range of dips; this is one of the tastiest I’ve had in a while. Ordered the Capital platter which went down a treat with us four adults - the meat was super tender and so well cooked! I loved that it was super meaty with the doner pieces; the bulgar was very tasty too. Absolutely recommend for some very tasting Turkish, the flavours do not disappoint and the service was excellent.

Great service with food recommendations. The Ayran drink was very delicious! The dips and salad was very fresh and well presented. The main food was nice but i didn’t like the rice as it wasn’t cooked long enough, the chicken was a little dry and bland too. The meat sarma beyti dish was really nice!! Highly recommend. Plus they have a masjid corner where you can pray.

The Dare Skywalk

guide name: Alam Ahmed

Spurs Dare to Walk: A Disappointing Descent from Hype My partner and I are lifelong Tottenham supporters, so when we heard about the "Dare to Walk" experience, our excitement was palpable. The marketing for the event promised a thrilling, sky-high adventure, a chance to see our beloved stadium from a truly unique and breathtaking perspective. We booked the very first session of the day, hoping to avoid the crowds and enjoy a peaceful morning climb. Unfortunately, the experience, while not without its moments, fell well short of the considerable hype and left us feeling quite underwhelmed. From the outset, the anticipation was a huge part of the build-up. The staff emphasised the gravity of the safety precautions, outfitting us in harnesses and special equipment, which naturally made us feel like we were about to embark on a genuinely daring and high-altitude escapade. However, this level of preparation felt entirely disproportionate to the reality of the climb. We were at the top of the stadium in what felt like less than five minutes. The "dare" to walk was, in actuality, a quick, brisk stroll that ascended to a height that felt surprisingly low. It was more akin to the height of a multi-story car park than a towering stadium, which was a significant letdown, especially considering the grandiosity of the pitch below. The biggest disappointment was the sense of being rushed. After all the buildup and the quick ascent, we were looking forward to a moment to soak in the panoramic views of London. The vista was indeed impressive—you get a great perspective of the city and the surrounding areas—but our time at the top felt severely limited. The guides, while friendly, were constantly reminding us to move along, and it became clear that we were simply on a conveyor belt, being hurried off the roof to make room for the next group. This lack of time to pause, reflect, and take in the moment completely stripped the experience of its potential. To make matters worse, there was the final sting in the tail: the £9 charge to carry your phone. While I understand the need to secure personal items during such an activity, the solution was a laughably cheap, clear plastic case that felt like it was purchased in bulk from a discount website. It felt like a blatant money grab for a product that was of extremely low quality, a sentiment confirmed when the case started to fall apart almost immediately. For an experience that is already priced at a premium, this felt like an unnecessary and insulting add-on. Ultimately, the Spurs Dare to Walk experience feels like a classic case of over-promise and under-delivery. The anticipation and safety protocols created a false sense of a major challenge, only to be followed by a short, unexciting, and rushed walk. When you factor in the additional cost for the flimsy phone case, the overall value for money is incredibly poor. If you are looking for a genuine, thrilling, and unhurried high-altitude experience in London, I would wholeheartedly recommend the O2 Priority walk instead. It offers a much more exciting and worthwhile climb that doesn't leave you feeling like you've been rushed through a theme park ride.

Dined in without reservations during a quiet time on a Saturday. We were able to sit anywhere of our choosing and we had a really good time. The owners are very polite and greet their customers. The food is good overall and the yam porridge is delicious! Customer bathroom was very clean and had no nasty smells, A* on that one. Only cons, the DJ played old music and the service when you walking through the door at first could be better and the ordering food ordering process could be improved. Also the ayamashe with plain rice should come with plantain instead of you having to order jellof rice to get some. I would visit again in a heartbeat.
