The Little Learners Montessori Nursery Cricklewood

guide name: Nick

I dont have any children attending this school, I have informed them of this and asked why they keep invoicing me by email. During my phone call to them they informed me that they had clearly got the wrong email address and that my contact had 'answered a number of questions' as to why their invoice had not been settled but assuring me they would 'deal with the matter and I would have no further emails'. I am unsure if this is a poor attempted scam, that those in charge of administration are totally incompetent or just stupid, but be warned if you are considering sending little ones there. If it is a scam then they have picked the wrong person

ICMP | London, Kilburn

guide name: Rosa Capasso

Unfortunately, my experience trying to contact ICMP has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been calling for three days and each time the recorded message tells me to press the star key to reach an operator. Yet every time I press that star key, the call just drops and I never get connected to anyone. I’ve sent an email with no reply, and even a WhatsApp message that was read after three days but still got no response. Honestly, this is really unprofessional behavior. If you are not offering the course or there is some issue, just let me know directly instead of leaving me in the dark. I hope you will improve your communication with potential students.I’m

Banana Tree West Hampstead

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The food was full of flavour — beautifully spiced, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every dish felt authentic and full of personality, from the fragrant Singapore noodles to the tender satay. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Eryk was absolutely brilliant — friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had a great time. He offered excellent recommendations and checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the food and the service, but this one definitely does. I’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending it to friends!

Solid hotel with great service. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the pub was a real highlight — great selection of drinks and a lively yet relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind. A special shout-out to Abhishek and Derek for their outstanding service! They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their genuine hospitality really made the visit memorable. Highly recommend The Crown Hotel to anyone looking for fantastic service, and a warm, inviting hotel and pub experience.

Got in for typical Sunday roast meal. The presentation of the dish was good and service was friendly and fast. Overall the dish was tasty however the beef version could have another slice of it as just 2 is a bit not much.

5 stars all cross the board! This was a fantastic Wetherspoons, admittedly the wait for food was a little longer than I’m used to at Wetherspoons locations but otherwise this was an amazing experience. High quality tasty food, lovely atmosphere and the friendliest staff I think I’ve ever encountered in any pub. Absolutely recommended!

Sanzio Restaurant

Nice food, atmosphere and service. Entered the restaurant at the time of last order (9:30pm), staffs are still willing to take my order with very friendly smile. Then I head out to pick up my girlfriend at the tube station but with a little delay. They served the course until we both arrived so we can have some hot food in the chilly night. Really appreciated. The risotto and tagliatelle are both perfectly cooked and seasoned. This dinner really made my night. Will definitely revisit if I come to London again.

The Black Lion Pub & Boutique Guesthouse

guide name: Michele Granera

This is such a nice pub and guesthouse. The food in the pub is really good, and I like that it was Indian/Indian-inspired. The room was very nice, with charming details that are as nice as the photos. It was very quiet during my stay and I could not hear other guests. Breakfast is cold continental only but really good quality and variety of items. The location is a little out of the way but I preferred not being in a busy area, it was very easy to access the tube, train, and bus stops, and it was a lot less expensive than more central locations. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Wet Fish Cafe

I had such a lovely dinner here yesterday. The atmosphere was warm and romantic - candlelight, soft music and a really cosy vibe. I asked for gluten-free options and the lady brought me a separate GF menu and mentioned they also have gluten-free bread, which I ordered as a side. I had the pumpkin soup to start and a mushroom risotto with fish for the main – everything was absolutely delicious, rich and full of flavour. The staff were very kind and the whole place just felt very welcoming. Perfect spot for a date or a relaxed evening out -I’ll definitely be back :).

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Tiffin Tin! The food was bursting with authentic flavours – fresh, perfectly spiced, and beautifully cooked. Every dish tasted like it was made with real care. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The portions were generous, the prices fair, and the atmosphere cosy and welcoming. If you’re looking for delicious, high-quality Indian cuisine in Mill lane, The Tiffin Tin is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Went for the Sunday roast. If you’d like the pork I’d suggest getting there early. However, the lamb was just as good. A very good portion of meat that is well cooked, flavourful and tender. Potatoes could be crispier but still enjoyable. Overall, the vegetables, sides and meat were highly enjoyable

Holiday Inn London - Brent Cross by IHG

Generally, Really lovely friendly staff, from the free shuttle bus driver to the waiters & waitresses. Rooms are a bit dated, with no plug sockets near the bed, (but all on one wall opposite). Nor, a central switch for the lights, meaning one has to unplug and switch off the wall lights before getting into bed. Or taking the entry card out of the power activator holder and finding somewhere safe to put it, in the dark. Showers are showing their age, serviceable, but noisy as if, there might be a power shower unit behind the boxing. Some rooms have lights above the bath, & coffee tables, bottles of water, king size bed and a mars bar! others don't, but have super king size instead. Food is great quality and sufficient qty, a little expensive. But, can offer food until 10pm. Has had a number of power cuts over a two week stay, but they only lasted a few hours and during day light hours.
