Queen Mother Sports Centre
guide name: Chloe DabellOkay and a good range of gym equipment but desperately needs a clean. The build up on the sink has to be more than a few weeks of not being cleaned, at least. Multiple other reviews comment on the cleanliness and reception staff attitude, so it seems management don't want to address any issues that the business has. Hopefully with the upcoming refurb, they'll want to look after the place.

Capital City College Westminster centre (formerly Westminster Kingsway College - Victoria Centre)
guide name: Josh MillerI do not recommend this college for anyone who wants meaningful teaching and proper academic guidance. The Access to Higher Education course I took here felt unstructured and poorly supported. New teachers were left to “observe” rather than actively help, and there was little to no feedback on how to achieve higher grades. I regret spending my time here because I left without the support needed to meet university requirements. Students deserve better than this.

singing lessons london
guide name: EmilyI have had lessons with Kevin for a few years now and I have made tremendous progress. He is always well prepared for the lessons and has introduced me to suitable repertoire for my voice, that I wouldn't have explored otherwise. He is very knowledgeable and what he has thought me has really helped feel more confident about my singing technique. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their musicianship skills. He has the knowledge as well as the experience and he is a an excellent teacher.

Buckingham Palace
guide name: IztokStrolling by Buckingham Palace with a friend in the afternoon was unforgettable. A lively crowd gathered out front, and to our surprise, the King himself exited! The grand palace looked stunning in the sunlight, and the nearby fountain added to the royal charm. Truly a special moment! If you are in the vicinity give it a go.

Big Ben
guide name: Sara AbdelmeguidBig Ben is absolutely stunning and a must-see landmark! The architecture is incredible, and it really lives up to the hype. The only downside was how crowded it gets, especially during peak hours, which makes it a bit hard to enjoy peacefully. Still, definitely worth the visit and a great spot for photos.

Harrods
guide name: Talia HensonA must-visit store and an experience in itself! This world-famous department store is just as stunning inside as you would expect. It’s always buzzing with tourists and curious visitors eager to see what’s inside. While it sells an impressive range of luxury goods at eye-watering prices, there are also plenty of items that are more affordable. It’s a fantastic place to pick up Christmas treats like chocolates and biscuits in beautiful gift packaging. Yes, even those are slightly pricier than other shops, but they feel special and make wonderful gifts. Because it’s always busy, browsing isn’t exactly a calm experience, and finding assistance can sometimes be tricky since the staff are often helping other customers. The store is huge, selling everything from clothing, watches, and perfumes to homeware. There’s also a food hall, several restaurants and cafés, and even a gift shop offering much more than just tourist souvenirs. There are plenty of self-service checkouts as well as staffed tills if you prefer. Even if you don’t plan to buy anything, this store is worth visiting just to take it all in – it’s truly an iconic London experience.

Tate Britain
guide name: Khalid HaqawiDuring my visit to London, I was amazed by the beautiful art inside the museum. The paintings were full of color and emotion, and each one told a different story. I loved walking through the quiet halls and seeing artworks by famous British artists. Some paintings looked so real, while others were very creative and modern. The museum was calm and inspiring, and I felt so happy to see such amazing art. It was a wonderful experience that made me appreciate art even more.

Churchill War Rooms
guide name: John GledhillThe Churchill War Rooms is an incredible piece of world history that is quite unassuming and easy to miss from street level however, step inside and head underground and something rather special unfolds. The discreet entrance is tucked away at a corner of the building and you enter through the glazed doors and copper canopy roof. Stairs or a lift then take you underground to the reception area where you get further information on the war rooms but also, this is where you pick up your audio guide screen and headset that is all included in your ticket price. Toilets are available at this location should you need before you set off. As you start your exploration, each key stage is numbered and corresponds to a spoken and visual recording on your AV equipment. Multiple languages are available and the content is perfect…. Easy to understand and sufficient in detail. It’s hard to imagine that after WW2, this place was simply shut down and left just as the last people down here walked out and locked it up. The Churchill War Rooms is a superb piece of history that is set out to enable people to absorb themselves into the reality of what was going on down here, the significance of their work and life itself. There is so much to see, look at, listen to and watch and you would need a few visits to do it all in detail however, if you allow a couple of hours you will have had a thorough insight and a great experience stepping back in time. Plenty of helpful staff on hand along with a cafe and gift shop should you desire. The Churchill War Rooms is a great experience and something definitely worth doing if you have a couple of hours spare whilst in London.

SEA LIFE London Aquarium
guide name: Alex CrispVisited the Sea Life Centre in London recently and overall it was a nice day out. There are loads of different species to see — fish, jellyfish, seahorses, rays, starfish, and plenty more. I especially liked the penguins, turtles and crocodiles. The habitats and tanks all looked clean and well looked after, and the animals seemed healthy. There’s even an insect section with spiders and ants, which was a cool surprise. The gift shop is big and has lots of souvenirs to choose from, and there are plenty of toilets around (all clean and accessible). You can grab snacks and drinks throughout the visit, and kids can even get their faces painted, fake tattoos, or braids in their hair — though that does cost extra. On the downside, I did feel a bit sorry for the penguins. Their enclosure seemed quite small, and they looked a little down. The snacks, drinks and photos are all quite pricey, which I guess is to be expected at a tourist spot, but still adds up quickly. Some of the staff also didn’t seem very enthusiastic, and a few parts of the building looked a bit tired and could use a refresh. The biggest downside for me was the ticket price — it’s quite expensive for what you get. Overall, it’s still a fun visit, especially for families or anyone who loves sea life, but it does feel a bit overpriced and could use a bit more care in a few areas.

Westminster Cathedral
guide name: Lawrence CarterHad an excellent visit today into one of England's most majestic bits of history. The queue went down quickly and the staff were very helpful. A little pricey at £31 but I suppose the upkeep of a building that is over a thousand years old must be enormous. Overall we had a brilliant day.

Saatchi Gallery
guide name: Snailo MorphesisVisited the British Art Fair this September and was really impressed by the quality of work they exhibited. Not only do we get to see some traditional classical works. But there is a great number of digital art at the section called Digitalism. Totally creative, expressive and inspiring in many ways. The creators are so eager to interact with visitors sharing stories behind, which is so valuable and different from other fairs like Affordable Art Fair, Frieze, London Art Fair. The whole visit is so enjoyable and memorable 😊 Highly recommend. The venue however is not so easy to go around and ventilation must get better if they care about visitors’ user experience. Toilets facilities is limited.

Palace of Westminster
guide name: Babji VundavilliUsually we had an outside perspective of the Houses of Parliament, but this time we went inside for a charity event. What a stunning structure. It's unfortunate that taking pictures is prohibited throughout, but there are plenty of sights to see and spots to sit and enjoy the show. The sculptures of former prime ministers were appealing to me. The rigorous entry security was well-planned. We had a great day and will definitely suggest it to others.
