I’m really grateful for my experience at this university. The academic environment is both challenging and supportive, with professors who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in helping students succeed. The range of courses offered has allowed me to explore different interests while still focusing on my major. I also appreciate the resources available, like the library, study spaces, and student support services they’ve made a real difference in managing workload and stress. Beyond academics, the campus life is vibrant, with diverse student organizations and events that make it easy to get involved and feel part of a community. I sat my Spanish GCSE exams with Ealing Independent College as an external candidate and had a really good experience. Everything was very well organised and all of the staff/teachers were friendly, approachable and put me at ease through the whole process. Their communication was excellent and was very clear at all steps re where I needed to be and how everything worked. When I came in on the exam days the reception staff were so friendly and seemed to have a great rapport with the students, overall seemed like a nice environment to learn in.

A beautiful park located in west London. I visit the park most weekends. It has lots of open space and beautiful gardens, pondes, museum, kids play ground and sport facilities .The new coffee shop will open in December but you can get coffee from mobile vans within the park. Summer time live concerts are hosted at the park. You can spend couple of hours and enjoy the beauty and the nature.

The Grange

Did not disappoint! I used to live in the area many years ago and wanted to return with my family for a Sunday roast. The roast beef, pork and vegan roasts and Yorkshire puddings and vegetables were fantastic. The drinks list was great too. The Grange was busy with diners from opening. It clearly still has a great reputation!

Santa Maria Pizzeria Ealing

Came for my sister’s birthday on a Sunday. The main guy, so lovely and attentive. The other waitresses, didn’t seem to be as friendly. There was an error with the order but they very kindly sorted it quickly and gave the table an extra calzone. as a vegan my pizza was delicious. I love they were more adventurous than just a vegetable pizza. I had bruschetta to start, bread was a bit too hard but was nice.

The Drayton Court Hotel, Ealing

guide name: Karina Kaufman

It was a truly delightful surprise. The food was nice, with a good selection that made me very happy, especially since I need gluten-free and dairy-free options. The allergens menu was super clear and easy to understand, which isn't always the case. It's so refreshing to see a place that takes this seriously and provides great choices for people with dietary restrictions. Beyond the food, the pub's outdoor area is a real highlight. It's a lovely space to relax, and the heaters were a genius touch. They made a chilly day feel cozy and comfortable, allowing us to stay and enjoy the atmosphere for much longer. Also great to bring kids with good options for them- my son loved the vegan pizza. This place is a gem, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a welcoming vibe, especially if you have specific dietary needs.

Côte Ealing

guide name: Simon Duberley

Côte in Ealing is a gem of a brasserie that consistently delivers high-quality food with flair and warmth. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels both refined and welcoming—an ideal spot for a casual lunch or a special evening out. The food is a real highlight. The beef bourguignon is a standout: rich, tender, and deeply flavorful, with every bite showcasing the care and skill in the kitchen. The pork belly is another must-try—perfectly cooked with a crisp top and melt-in-your-mouth meat, balanced beautifully with accompanying textures and flavors. Just as impressive as the food is the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, the team at Côte Ealing adds to the overall experience with excellent service that feels natural and sincere. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, you’re made to feel right at home. In short, Côte Ealing offers top-tier French-inspired cuisine with outstanding service. It’s the kind of place you find yourself returning to—again and again.

The New Inn Ealing

guide name: Kevin Stables

From the street, you might walk right past this place without a second glance. The exterior is utterly unassuming – nothing about it screams “come inside!” But step through those doors and you’ll discover one of Ealing’s best-kept secrets. The interior immediately surprises with its quirky, eclectic design. It’s the kind of place that clearly didn’t take itself too seriously during the fit-out, and that playful energy translates into a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. You get the sense that someone put real thought into making this feel different from your standard pub. But the real showstopper? The beer garden out back. And I do mean enormous. It’s the kind of outdoor space that makes you wonder how they’ve managed to keep it tucked away so discreetly. Perfect for sunny afternoons, balmy evenings, or really any time you want to enjoy your pint under open sky rather than under a roof. The location deserves a mention too. Positioned brilliantly near the park, it offers the perfect setup for a pre-meal constitutional to work up an appetite, or a post-meal stroll to walk off your indulgence. It’s the kind of practical advantage that transforms a good pub into a local favorite. Whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or settling in for the afternoon, this place punches well above its modest exterior. Don’t judge this book by its cover – what’s inside (and out back) is well worth discovering

Persian Palace (Ealing)

If you like Persian food I'm sure you'd probably like this place. The food has little to no taste, but that is something you can expect. I guess my palette is more in line with spicy food so Persian, Iraqi and Moroccan food does absolutely nothing for me. The food is fresh at least, and the seating is much more open than Molana across the road. The food in both is about the same. Not a fan of Persian food at all, but went with the extended family so went for the outing, but I knew what to expect.

Hare & Tortoise Ealing

guide name: millie o

This is a nice place if you want a relatively cheap but satisfying food. It's overall good but it would be even better if they paid attention to some details. The duck and rice bowl is good but the greens were stone cold - from the fridge. Cold veg isn't a big issue as some Asian side dishes are served cold, but for it to be served as part of a hot dish is jarring. Most duck slices were plump, moist but some were crispy and dry. The difference between them was huge. If they tweaked a few things, it would change the customer experience a lot. The FOH staff were polite and respectful and regularly offered top up on tea.
