A distinctive 16 storey tower and three smaller blocks with attractive brick facades make up the scheme, featuring tree-lined rooftop gardens, private balconies and a communal roof terrace. In addition, innovative rooftop houses with private terrace apartments and landscaped gardens allow you to enjoy a suburban setting while living in Manchester city centre.

No1 Castlefield will sit proudly at an exciting new gateway to
Manchester city centre providing 419 stylish apartments which will appeal to investors and homebuyers alike. This landmark development will help signpost the south west approach to the city, benefiting from the close proximity to the Cornbrook
Metrolink Interchange where plans are being drawn up for a world class transformation of the area.

A striking aspect of the development is the innovative rooftop houses with their private terraces and access to landscaped gardens.

The accommodation is spread across five attractive blocks, including the signature tower where some apartments feature a ‘winter garden’. This carefully designed internal space, formed with glass, allows a sense of the outdoors all year round – and, when the weather’s fine, sliding panels enable you to feel the sun on your face.

Manchester’s new gateway development enjoys all the benefits and attractions of the neighbouring Castlefield conservation area, including the waterside delights of the Bridgewater Canal Basin. The city’s newest neighbourhood, Manchester Gardens, will sit nearby while Cornbrook Metrolink Interchange provides fast connections and the prospect of a bustling new hotel and shopping hub.

⸻ ⭐ Review for Ms. Shekinah Debra ⭐ I would like to give special thanks to my accounting teacher, Ms. Shekinah Debra, for all the support she has given me. She helped me so much during my Level 2 accounting course and continues to guide me through Level 3. Without her encouragement and dedication, I don’t think I would have had the confidence to carry on with Level 3. Ms. Debra always explains everything clearly, is patient when I find topics challenging, and makes sure that I feel supported and motivated. Her teaching has made accounting much easier to understand, and she always goes above and beyond to help her students succeed. I am very grateful for her time, effort, and encouragement. She is an excellent teacher, and I feel very lucky to be one of her students

Romford Market

This was a great market. However recently I've found it to be lacking. Some of the fresh veg I bought recently went bad after just two days. Yes, I did refrigerate them. The botanists here are fairly priced and the food stalls are amazing.

Ciao Bella

In heart of vibrate city Romford just stone throwing away down the street is hidden one of the greatest Italian cuisine restaurant with the famously prepared tasteful dishes a in a traditional Italian manner no matter what you ordering you will be impressed by taste and delicious food and greatest cocktail and drink menu in area. But you will be surprised to be served by slow motion waiters who will not clean your table until you will not ask them to have table clean and empty glass taken away. Well they require a good improvement on customer service, however is worth to have a visit and try most delicious Italian food.

Blue Orchid

guide name: Sandra Haslett

Blue Orchid was recommended to me. Staff were very attentive until you ask for the bill then before you've even paid the top table cloth is being taken off. Rude. Should wait till you leave the table. I dinned with 4 others and we each paid our own however when working out the bill we were being over charged by £10.00. We queried this and eventually was looked at by a second member of staff. I had a special chow mein, egg fried rice and beef with mushroom. 1 beer. My grandson had special curry with rice and tap water. £65.00. Total bill. The food tasted very bland. All white table cloths, no music no ambience. Over rated restaurant and over priced. I'll stick to my local take away.

It's a nice big park, with lots of playgrounds. 6 basketball rims which means 3 full courts. I think I saw a lawn tennis court too. It has gym equipment which uses your weight - very safe. Also, plenty of equipment for children

Premier Inn Romford Central (Mercury Gardens) hotel

guide name: Trudi Bradley

23 of us stayed last night for my son’s birthday. Was very nervous about this hotel having read the previous reviews but it was fine, some of us were in the building away from the main hotel and that was ok. The main building had lots of refurb going on but the people from our party that stayed there had no issues either. Clean, quiet and no smells detected. Internet was down on our arrival so couldn’t check in but the staff managed to do it on their phones as we were wet and cold from doing it’s a knockout and could see we really needed to change and shower.

Sunrise Lutong Bahay

I’ve visited this place a handful of times and each time I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the food. Each visit I aim to try a different dish, to get a real insight into what Filipino cuisine is like having not come across it before I moved into the borough. Today was no exception, I opted to try one of the daily specials: Pork Humba. It was a delicious dish of fatty pork belly, with black beans, banana blossom in a sweet and savoury soy sauce, served with steamed rice. Delicious. My previous visits have seen my try the Chicken adobo, Kare Kare and up until today my favourite the Caldereta. The condiment table is always worth a visit with pots of homemade chilli oil and a vinegary onion sauce that helps to cut through the rich dishes. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is an unassuming cafe usually frequented by a mix of locals as well as international visitors looking for a tasty affordable lunch with decent sized portions. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Romford and looking for something tasty, comforting and different to the usual fry up cafes and fast food restaurants scattered around the Romford Market area.
