Kingston University Penrhyn Road Campus
Love new building! All refurbishment works made Penrhyn Road such a nice place to study!

Nuffield Health Kingston Fitness & Wellbeing Gym
I joined Nuffield gym a few months’ ago, as wanted to switch up my training and it’s super convenient for me being so close to home! The gym is well equipped, has a great mix of classes with loads on the timetable, plus the added bonus of a nice pool. I had some PT sessions with the lovely Michela 😊 who helped build my confidence and been loving using the weight racks in the main gym since! Am slowly but surely getting, and feeling stronger 💪🏻😃.

Kingston College
This college is notorious for not being a very good college, and many people that I've known also told me so, I didn't believe them until I actually went there myself. Overall I am very disappointed at this college, the college itself has a lot of potential, but the people in the college makes it undesirable. It is very difficult to navigate through the facilities. The teachers and staff are giving "I don't care, I'm only here for my paycheck" vibes. The students are expected to know how the place works immediately after joining the college, without much guidance. The only good thing about this college is its wide variety of courses.

Las Iguanas - Kingston
I don’t usually give 5 stars so getting it from me is a very big deal. Food was great, atmosphere was cost and best of all its the customer service. Was served by this young gentleman who was very bubbly an polite and love his attitude. I noticed there were only 2 staff on the floor and later on it we only him, Mr Omar who took the service to the next level with a lovely smile. Im comparing his service to a high end cafe in Dubai and also service in emirates. His was very helpful, positive and made our visit pleasantly. Give this kid a raise or bonus cause he deserves it. Thank you.

The Grey Horse - Smok'd
Ordered the pitmaster feast sharing platter, portion was just perfect for me and my partner, service was great. Within the platter everything was great besides the bbq baby ribs which was a bit of a disappointment as it was a quite dry. There was also an open mic night in the other room and i loved the fact that whilst dining the atmosphere was very calm and quiet. Overall a very good place to dine out.

The Albion
Where do I start?… this pub came highly recommended and it sits on a corner opposite lovely park and we were looking forward to a great evening settling down having booked a table. They have a huge range of cask beers and cider, over 15 hand pump to my count . Plus a range of keg beers from their own brewery and others, think they have 20 Taps working We started by ordering 4 halves of pale ale, to do a taste comparison, and then tried another four afterwards, some of these were kegs and some on cask just about all of them were undrinkable, lifeless lack of hop flavour and certainly no cask conditioning to speak of .. We ordered a handful of other styles of beer making up to nearly 20 in total and between us we found three or four beers that we were happy to drink, the rest were all left on the table In the meantime we tried to order some food and no one knew where the menus were. I spent 10 minutes at the bar literally waiting for someone to find me a menu, in the end I took one from someone who was just returning to the bar. It was the usual pub offerings which looked pretty okay, needless to say we didn’t try any of it because we left less than an hour very unhappy with the beer and the service.

The Bishop
Went to The Bishop for a Sunday Roast. Goodness me it was amazing! One of the best Sunday roasts I have had out in a very long time. The portion sizes were huge and prices were reasonable considering the excellent quality of the food. We had the half chicken and it was cooked perfectly. So tasty. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Very well run pub. We will definitely be back and recommending! Views over the Thames whilst we ate was a huge bonus too. Ask for a riverside view on the first floor if booking! Thank you to the lovely team at The Bishop for making our Sunday!

Roz Ana
Had an amazing dinner at Roz Ana! Someone had recommended this place to us previously, so we decided to head there when the craving for Indian food hit, and it far exceeded our expectations. It was our first time trying momos, and we were thoroughly impressed by how well the spices blended together. The skin of the momos had a lovely texture — it wasn’t too tough or doughy — and the dipping sauce complemented them perfectly. The other dishes we ordered were equally good and flavourful. I particularly enjoyed the chicken tikka Laphroaig masala (hope I got the spelling right), which paired beautifully with the naans. The fried fish (amritsari macchi) was another highlight, with its crisp, tasty batter. The fish was fresh, with none of the taste or smell of overused oil that you sometimes encounter elsewhere. Overall, it was a wonderful meal and experience at Roz Ana. I’ll definitely be returning!

Hampton Court Park (Home Park)
Hampton court park (or home park is a picturesque royal park in Molesey next door to (and originally part of) Hampton court palace, it has plenty of green space, lots of shade from tree cover in the summer and plenty of benches to relax on and take in the surroundings from. the only aspects of your trip to this park to keep in mind is the riverfront entrance by Hampton court palace has steep steps leading up to the gate, so is not accessible, and during certain hours golf is played here therefore restricting access to different sections of the park. overall I strongly recommend that anyone takes a trip to this park. Atmosphere: 4/5 History: 5/5 Location: 5/5 Accessibility: 3/5 Overall: 4/5

Nando's Kingston
Been to Nandos and got some chicken. All good but we were sat between two tables very close. Felt like we were sitting with them. XD. Otherwise, a great time out.

wagamama kingston upon thames
We were visiting from Bristol for the weekend, and after a long drive we thought Wagamama would be a reliable choice, as it’s usually a favourite of ours. Unfortunately, this particular visit didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to expect. Out of the three team members we interacted with, only one left a positive impression. The service from the others felt unwelcoming, with comments and looks that came across as rude. It got to the point where we had to laugh about it, though it was disappointing at the same time. It’s worth mentioning that the premises weren’t as clean as you would expect. For example, take a look at our menu’s. On top of that, there was confusion when it came to paying. We were given the wrong table number multiple times, which added unnecessary frustration to the experience. We normally enjoy Wagamama and know how good it can be, but sadly, this branch fell short. Until there’s improvement in the service, I’d recommend considering other options nearby.

Zizzi - Kingston
Erin was amazing and served us really quick. She was super friendly and helped with the menu. The entire team is great. Highly recommend!

The White Hart Hotel, Hampton Wick
We had a wonderful 5 night day at the White Hart Hotel. The staff was friendly. The included breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed lovely dinners, too. We stayed in a deluxe twin/king room, which was quiet, comfortable, and much roomier than expected. The shower was amazing! The hotel supplied lovely smelling bath and body products! Coffee, tea, and mini fridge that had complementary beer and mineral water. We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and found a cutely decorated bed upon arrival. We did not have a car and had no issues getting anywhere we needed to go. The hotel is located a short 5 minute walk to the Hampton Wick train station, and couple minutes to walk to the nearest bus stops. There are plenty of places within a short walk to find food and drinks. Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but this is a personal preference and it would not keep me from staying at this hotel again.

Spring Grove
Took my daughter and her friend for a pre-gig early dinner. We ordered in good time but the food took absolutely ages to arrive. Unprompted , a staff member (Alex) came over to offer profuse apologies for the delay and offered us a round of drinks on the house. I explained that we were going to a gig at St John's Church over the road. He couldn't have been more on it and hurried our food order as quickly as he could. Furthermore, he offered us a discount and invited us back for desserts on the house, after the show. When the food arrived, it was really tasty and fortunately quick to eat as we were short of time. I really love Spring Grove as a venue - it's lovely and cosy as an autumn / winter pub and has a superb outdoor area when the weather's better. But I wrote this review to give credit to Alex's proactive response to a situation out of his control. He communicated brilliantly and did a fantastic job resolving our delay.

Subway
So i came to this subway back in September 2024 and it didn't have Halal option at all. Guess what.... it is fully Halal now. Wonderful. Fresh, healthy & Halal sandwiches in Kingston.. meal deal from £8.79. Sagar!! My man is the best Subway employee. Keeps the outlet clean, probably the best sandwich chef in town. The man is cultured, friendly and patient. I asked him for this photograph & he agreed. Will definitely like to come back.

Woody's
Excellent atmosphere, food and beer! Had an amazing vegan sandwich ( I am not vegan) and it was just amazing it was the Colin one, hours later still remember the taste. Staff very friendly and the chef does care for the results pf the sandwiches! Congrats!
