The Reach Climbing Wall

guide name: Ian Scott

I've just completed a two day rope skills and beginners climbing course here. Paul was an excellent teacher with a great sense of humour. My daughter is doing a climbing course here and now I can support her when she wants to climb. Highly recommended plus the on-site cafe sells tasty food (great flapjacks).

JFC Training College

I am happy with the entire experience learning here, it was easy to find, I felt looked after by the staff, they have a kitching you can use to reheat food which I liked so I can pack my own lunch. The courses I took were informative and i feel confident to start my own fitness brand with personal training and sports massage therapy.

Kumon Maths & English

guide name: Anam Waqar

Kumon has had such a positive impact on my child’s education, both at home and in school. The service is fantastic, the layout is clear and easy to follow, and help is always available when needed. Lara is always there to answer any questions or concerns, her support has been amazing. Choosing Kumon for our daughter was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Just 20 minutes a day has made a huge difference in her confidence and learning. Highly recommend!

We have dined there recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent location, right opposite the tube station. Claudia was an excellent server, friendly and looking after us with kindness. Our compliments to Vidas, the chef! Exceptional food! Will definitely return!

The Great Harry - JD Wetherspoon

guide name: Mihai Manea

Service was impressively fast at Wetherspoons, which we appreciated. However, the waitress seemed unhappy and quite intense—her expression gave off serious "don't mess with me" vibes. A friendly smile would’ve gone a long way in making the experience more welcoming.

Nando's Woolwich

guide name: Evawere Akpodikere

When we went to Nando's in Woolwich and the second we arrived we were warmly welcome by this kindly lady who showed us a table. She continued to assist us with queries we had throughout our meal. The food was delicious and well spiced. The daughter tried the hot periperi chicken thighs, and my son ate the vegetarian option of burgers, which he absolutely enjoyed. Other son went for spiced fries with his chicken. He found the spice bit too salty. But all in all, it was a good super for everyone

A great place for kids and walk loving people. Greenery all around mesmerises you. Pigeons, different types of crows and big fat squirrels attract you. They are human friendly . Located near Thames this place has won my heart.

Viet Baguette (Pho & Grill)

guide name: Ai

Nice Vietnamese restaurant in Woolwich with common Vietnamese offerings. The food was good but nothing extra special. The summer rolls didn't seem too fresh and the banh mi had nice fillings which tasted great but it seemed a little dry. Once I dipped it in the leftover fish sauce from my partner's bun cha dish, the banh mi tasted a lot better! Overall, it's good but I wouldn't be rushing back in a hurry.

Premier Inn London Woolwich (Royal Arsenal) hotel

guide name: Joshua Allen

The food there is good although the water tasted a bit funny during breakfast. Didn't get ill, so it's all good. The rooms facing the airport had animating view of the planes landing. And is a good place for plane spotters as the airport is just across the river. The rooms were clean, tidy and had two plug sockets. There is no bath but a walk in shower instead. Substantial room. Customer service was also good. Not a bad place.

Café Spice Namasté

guide name: Rina Persaud

An absolutely amazing restaurant, with incredible food and the most hospitable hosts you could ask for. This was my second time eating at the restaurant and there's still plenty left on the menu to try on future visits. Cyrus & Pervin greet you like one of the family, and their menu recommendations should be ignored at your peril. If I lived nearer I'd be there all the time. Definitely worth a visit whenever you're in London. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough.

Woolwich Equitable

guide name: Lizzie Jones

After a break I have return to check this place out - so glad- session ale is chilled but not cold. Perfect to get the best from it. The service is excellent and attentive. This pub in woolwich is the best pub in the centre but also for a fair distance. Love the historic location and decoration classy dining tables in the old bank with cinema seats and quirks a plenty. This really is the kind of pub where you can take in the atmosphere and chill with friends prefect for the Sunday chilled vibe. Music is great as it is at a level that you can hear enjoy but not to intrude.

The Coffee Lounge

guide name: E H

Been here a few times for sitting in and takeaways, it's a really lovely spot. The coffee is very nice and the cakes are really good quality - sometimes in other places cakes look good but then taste of nothing but sugar, not here though, they're really moist and flavourful, seem home baked. Nice selection of pastries and sandwiches, and their pizzas have a lovely thin base (although twice I've ordered with an additional topping, which I was charged for, and then wasn't on the pizza - so maybe just stick with the set menu!). Everything they offer there is of a very good quality, much nicer than the big chains etc.

Tasty African Food

guide name: Nkeonye Onyenwe-Nezianya

The food is good, not too expensive and shop has nice decorations. However, the jelloff rice wasn't spicy whatsoever, which was disappointing. Also, the floor needs to be cleaned more often and the menu is only displayed for a few seconds at a time on the TV which makes it hard to check prices, so it should be extended.
