    Harrow Leisure Centre

    guide name: concrete pictures

On 16th October 2025, I had a truly disappointing experience at Harrow Leisure Centre. I had booked the sauna and steam room for 3:00 pm (they’re cleaned between 2:00–3:00 pm). When I arrived just before 3:00 pm, the doors were wide open, and the area was still closed off. This meant both rooms had lost their heat and would take around 20 minutes to reach a proper temperature, wasting much of my hour slot. After asking the pool attendant for help, a manager eventually arrived around 3:10 pm, walking very slowly and looking completely uninterested. He didn’t say a word, made no eye contact, simply shut the doors, and walked away. When I asked if the area was now open (since the gate was still closed), he silently turned, opened it, and walked off again without saying a single word. When I mentioned that the rooms would take another 20 minutes to heat up and that an apology would be appropriate, he ignored me completely and continued walking. I later found out he was a manager, and other members told me complaints had been made about him before with no apparent response. That is unacceptable. I have no issues with the other staff, but this manager’s behaviour was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. It completely ruined my visit, and I sincerely hope senior management at Everyone Active address this properly.

    Rumble Tumble Harrow Ltd

    guide name: Sneha Makwana

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party last Saturday at Rumble tumble. We had absolutely brilliant time. My daughter and her little friends enjoyed playing in the softplay and gaming area. So many of them didn’t want to go home 😅. We as parents had a great time and enjoyed the party stress free as everything was taken care by the team. The team members were very friendly and approachable. The party booking was smooth and I got answers to all my queries via email very promptly. The owner is very warm and professional. They played frozen music while the kids were enjoying the lunch, which was a great touch as my daughter loves Elsa, they did this without being told. And added extra touch to the party. The facility was clean and calm. I would definitely recommend having your little ones party or play for few hours.

    Kebab Land

    guide name: Tony Bliss

Kebab land has been in Harrow for more than 30 years. When I was young my mates and I would get a doner kebab. So last night when coming back from London my wife and I decided to take a trip down memory lane. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived at 7.30 pm the service was very quick and friendly. The waiter bought over some fresh Hummus and bread that was on the house a nice touch. I ordered Lamb shish kebab and my wife had Chicken shish kebab. They come with salad rice or chips the portion size was good value for money. The meat was cook perfectly and tasted lovely. The restaurant doesn't service alcohol only soft drinks that was fine as we were there for the food. With definitely go back again for meal.

I went to the Headstone Village Show at the Manor on the bank holiday and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was brilliant, full of great entertainment, a lively community spirit, and plenty to see and do. It was wonderful to see how the event brought Harrow’s culture together in such a fun and welcoming way. A perfect way to spend the day on a beautiful sunny day 👌💕💫

Piece of heartless men working in your branch Deliveroo driver not assigned for 40 mins and when asked please serve hot fries when the driver comes he said we can't do it sorry. Also they don't pick up your call after 1 time if you've complained. Is this customer service? You should be trained to become a human first before become a customer service assistant.

    Blue Zenzer Restaurant

    guide name: Dipesh Nardani

I visited Blue Zenzer with a large group of family, and we all had such a wonderful time. The food was full of flavour, beautifully prepared, and enjoyed by everyone at the table. The atmosphere was welcoming and lively, making it a perfect setting for a family get-together. It’s not always easy to please such a big group, but Blue Zenzer did it effortlessly – from starters to mains, every dish impressed us. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which really added to the experience. The whole family left happy and satisfied, and we’re already planning our next visit. A fantastic restaurant that I’d highly recommend for both small dinners and large family gatherings!

The owners are so friendly and have really got to know my grandparents over the years which is so special. The food was absolutely delicious, and Yiannis was fantastic- so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful place- highly recommend! We live in Kent but will definitely be popping in again when we visit my grandparents.

The rooms are a good size with a large comfortable bed. The hotel is in a good location and is close to the London overground train into Euston and close to Wembley for concert and sports events. It is also close to Northwick Park Hospital . There is a Beefeater Restaurant on site and there are local restaurants close by. Staff are friendly helpful and professional. A good hotel to stay in and if you don't mind a short train ride it's easy to get into central London.

We've ordered from this place several times. It's probably one of the few Chinese places with such a high rating. The food always arrives fresh, smell amazing and it's so warm. They have a lot of good things, but the Singapure Ribs and Singapure Noodles are so good that we order them every time. As for other things, I like trying new things, like egg fried rice, noodles with beef, beef in black pepper sauce, sweet and sour chicken and many other. All amazing.

Unacceptable, Ungrateful and more than that Disgusting test of food. We order one paneer rice meal and one extra paneer rice. The quality of food is disappointing, disgusting, terrible, testless. Paneer is not cook properly, feels like eating raw. We ask them to cook well but the results as can see. More than that the test of rice is like sprinkling some masala on top of that. There is no sauce in rice. And cheery on top is garlic mayo awww disgusting feels like watery. • Are we spending our money on this kind of food to Get sick.??? Is there kind of customer service left there..??? Where is your food quality…?? • i want my full paid amount back. And we promise that i”ll never ever gonna order again from you. Really disappointed and disgusted.
