London Museum Docklands
guide name: Uzo AmakaA beautiful day out was had at this hidden museum. I had no idea what to expect but we saw more than we had anticipated. Rated 4* as wish I knew more about what was happening and then paid in advance to attend. There’s plenty for children and adults to do to learn and have fun including the family trail, under 5 and over 5 trails around the museum. There are some activities to complete on the Sainsburys floor and a cafe on the ground floor for food, drinks and chilling out.

Crossrail Place Roof Garden
guide name: katarzyna płóciennik (KatPlo)Nice plants – but hard to find and smaller than expected I recently visited the Crossrail Place Roof Garden in Canary Wharf, and while it's a lovely green space with some genuinely impressive plants, the overall experience left me a bit underwhelmed. To start with, finding the entrance was surprisingly tricky. The signage around the area isn’t very clear or intuitive, and I ended up walking around for several minutes trying to figure out how to actually get in. For a public garden, clearer directions would make a huge difference. Once inside, the garden is pleasant and well-maintained. I loved the mix of tropical and temperate plants — some are massive and really striking — and the overall design is sleek and modern. It’s a nice contrast to the surrounding office towers and makes for a peaceful escape from the busy streets below. That said, I expected the space to be bigger. It only took about 5 to 10 minutes to walk through the entire garden, which felt a bit too quick given the effort it took to find the place. It’s more of a scenic corridor than a destination in itself. In short: great for a quick break or a quiet spot to sit, especially if you’re already in the area. But don’t go out of your way expecting a large botanical experience.

The Grapes
guide name: Su MijicBeen here before, just love it! So went here for my birthday last week. We had bar meals finished with crumble and custard. This is a quirky small pub with heaps of atmosphere. A tiny balcony extends out onto the Thames and is always a great spot for chatting to other patrons.

Wahaca Canary Wharf
guide name: Kaushal PatelI recently had dinner at Wahaca and it was amazing! We started with the guacamole and hummus. The guacamole was okay, a little bland, but the hummus was absolutely delicious. For our mains, we ordered the sweet potato...something (I can't remember the name!), buttermilk chicken tacos, and beef tacos. Everything was so flavorful and tasty. We also got the chorizo quesadillas which were beautiful. To finish, we shared the tiramisu for dessert, which was lovely. The service was great, our waiter was really helpful, and the atmosphere was cool. I'd definitely recommend Wahaca to anyone looking for a delicious and fun dining experience

Jubilee Park
guide name: Nick OsbornThere’s something about the sound of water all around that makes chilling around here such a pleasure. On a lovely warm day, for me this is the only place to come and eat your food and chill with work colleagues or on your own, reading a book (if that doesn’t sound so old school these days). A bit of sculpture art thrown in and you’ve got an artsy, fartsy lunch.

The Gun, Docklands
guide name: KypriopoullaI came across this pub on my walk an;d what a great find it was. From the front it looks to be small but once you step inside is a whole new concept. It has a lot of seating to dine either inside, in the garden or by the covered patio with amazing views across the Thames and the O2. Even we didn't stop for lunch the roast dinners that came out looked and smelled amazing, so we will be returning very soon. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We have liked everything about this establishment. August 2025 Went back for the good as it did looked nice when we first visited. The food was very tasty, staff were friendly and attentive and we have enjoyed the experience so we ate going to go back for the Sunday roast.

One Canada Square
guide name: Maureen CLocated at the center of canary wharf is this building. I think its the 3rd tallest building in London. There are also very big companies situated closeby eg baclays and majority of the buildings comprise of banking sectors. We also have many food courts and restaurants situated around. I would say its majorly a corporate area and transportation and walkways are easy to navigate. You also have tran stations above ground and underground for easy movement. Would highly recommend if you need an office space for easy use as well as you can rent spaces for use.

Browns West India Quay
guide name: Mathew PereiraRestaurant has nice ambience. 3 star for the food was only for the starter- crab on toast and seafood platter. We enjoyed the starter soo much and all the food were looking so good and presentable, that it made us very excited for the main course. However, we got disappointed as the steak we ordered has a very burnt taste and that ruined our appetite. Sad to say but it was not that great experience.

Gaucho Canary Wharf
guide name: Tracy WardI visited recently and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the team's top-notch service and their excellent menu knowledge. The food and drinks were absolutely delightful, and the atmosphere made it even better. While I felt the prices were a bit on the high side, the quality of what I had definitely justified it. Overall, I walked away with a full stomach and a big smile, thanks to the warm greetings and thoughtful recommendations throughout my visit. I'll definitely be returning!
