We just completed on a two new homes, a 2 bed and a 1 bed flat in Brent Cross Town and were referred to Elliot Rainbow at Ernest Brooks international by a friend in Hong Kong who also uses them for rental services. Elliot arranged everything from a full furniture pack to a completion snagging service. Within 3 days of the handover the flats were furnished and tenants had already to move in, we had next to no void period at all which we were the whole process was seamless the rental team handled everything with speed and professionalism and Elliot made sure every detail was taken care of. We honestly can’t rate Ernest Brooks International highly enough. It’s a huge relief to know that whatever we need will just get done es[ecially when your based in Hong Kong and away from the flat and market you need that reassurance. We got screwed over by another agent in City took our deposit and didn’t have the flat to rent wasted ourt time and money.
