EBI has looked after my property and tenant for over 10 years now and my tenant has renewed again and again I think this last tenant has been in 4 years now the same one, a lot of that comes down to good management. If the tenant reports something, the team actually responds and gets it dealt with rather than leaving them chasing for weeks. It works for everyone. My tenants seem to be happy and stay longer, the flat is looked after and I don't have unnecessary empty periods and the cost of finding a new tenant every year. Rent lands the next day of payment before at a corporate I was waiting 14 days for their rent runs. EB is much quicker and Matt in accounts is the best!!! Very happy with the property management service and shout out to Matthew Houng!

We had a terrible situation with another central London agent who took our holding deposit but didn’t actually have the flat available. Thankfully we came across Nikita at EBI who madre whole process has been smooth and stress free since fining new flat for us. Best agent we’ve used in London.

I rented a home in Limehouse with Ernest Brooks. Referencing was quick, contracts handled efficiently and check-in smooth. A minor repair after move-in as door wouldn’t lock on the balcony, was sorted without any fuss or agg to our diary. Friendly team and good communication.

We initially received a letter from Craig Kelly about a buyer looking in the area. We took a chance and called spoke first with Elliot then Craig’s sales team. Four viewings in the first week an offer the following week. Total process about three months. They achieved what other agents could not. Very grateful to the whole team.
