I was recommended Ernest brooks international by a friend. Elliot and his team helped me buy and rent my flat in London. They arranged everything quickly furniture, check in and tenant found in only a few days. Very professional, good communication, and I feel safe to trust them with my property.

We just completed on a two new homes, a 2 bed and a 1 bed flat in Brent Cross Town and were referred to Elliot Rainbow at Ernest Brooks international by a friend in Hong Kong who also uses them for rental services. Elliot arranged everything from a full furniture pack to a completion snagging service. Within 3 days of the handover the flats were furnished and tenants had already to move in, we had next to no void period at all which we were the whole process was seamless the rental team handled everything with speed and professionalism and Elliot made sure every detail was taken care of. We honestly can’t rate Ernest Brooks International highly enough. It’s a huge relief to know that whatever we need will just get done es[ecially when your based in Hong Kong and away from the flat and market you need that reassurance. We got screwed over by another agent in City took our deposit and didn’t have the flat to rent wasted ourt time and money. We luckily met Jasmine and Nikita from EBI and got a perfect (better!) 2 bed in Chelsea then we had our offer accepted on via the other agent! Things workin mad ways but this seems for the best! She identified an apartment that would suit our needs - before it had even been listed online! - and we liked the property so much that we put in an offer that same day.
