Big Squid

guide name: Jodie Tapscott

I only had 8 open water tropical dives under my belt when Big Squid taught me to cold water Dry Suit dive in Portland! John, Kevin, Maria and the crew were great instructors. Taught me well in tough conditions and 6 mths later I was out diving with them and the seals 🦭 at Lundy Island. Great teachers and lovely welcoming dive club!

Highly recommended – professional, holistic and deeply insightful Scott is a rare kind of practitioner, combining deep expertise in posture correction and movement with a genuinely holistic approach that considers physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. I came to him for support with chronic postural imbalances and muscular tension, and left with a much clearer understanding of the root causes, plus a practical path forward. His insights into diet, stress, and lifestyle were equally valuable. Scott is generous with his knowledge, honest in his guidance, and clearly committed to long-term results. I’m looking forward to working with him again in the future as my circumstances and journey evolve. If you’re ready to take ownership of your health and want someone who can support the process from multiple angles, Scott is a powerful ally.

Kumon Maths & English

guide name: Mui Vuong

We’ve been with Kumon for nearly two years, and I can’t recommend Amanda, Shanna, and the entire team highly enough. Their dedication, patience, and genuine support have made a world of difference in my daughter’s learning journey. Amanda has been incredibly thoughtful in recognizing my daughter’s individual learning needs and adjusting the workload to suit her pace and abilities. It’s clear that they truly care about each child’s progress. Thanks to their consistent guidance and the motivating reward system, my daughter has shown noticeable improvement in both Maths and English. I honestly don’t think she would have come this far without their support. If you're considering Kumon, I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda and her amazing team!

Battersea Park

guide name: Martin Reviews

Battersea Park is honestly one of my favourite spots in London. It’s such a nice escape from the busy streets, and the wildlife makes it feel really special – you’ll see swans, ducks, and loads of squirrels running about. The lake is beautiful and really peaceful, especially if you just want to sit and watch the world go by for a bit. It never feels too crowded either, which I love. The park is also perfect for a chilled day out. There are plenty of picnic areas where you can spread out a blanket and relax, and the old Pump House is a cool little historic touch that gives the place some character. The walking paths are lovely – you can do a long loop around the park or just wander through the tree-lined areas. It’s the kind of place where you can go for a jog, a dog walk, or just a lazy stroll and it always feels refreshing. Food-wise, there are a couple of cafés and spots where you can grab something to eat or a coffee, which makes it easy to spend a whole afternoon there. Between the wildlife, the lakes, the space to relax, and the fact you can get food without leaving the park, it really has everything you need for a day out. Definitely a place I keep going back to.

Love this place! The shops stay open until late, everything is clean, trendy, and stylish. It’s super comfortable walking along the riverside — such a great atmosphere with lots of restaurants and cafés to choose from. Both day and night feel safe and lively. Perfect spot to relax, shop, and enjoy London!

Wonderful place to visit. Great restaurants, a nice mixture of cuisine and several meat, fish and fresh veg stores. Closes a little early during the week. The toilets require a credit card to access which is great for keeping them safe.

What a delicious birthday meal. We went there to mark another year on this planet, and I wanted to try this Japanese restaurant. It did not disappoint. The waitress, Beatrice, was absolutely excellent, professional, attentive and her colleague who also came to our table was very good too. My partner mentioned in passing that it was my birthday and they obviously made note of it and brought me a little sweet iced treat a the end. Fantastic. The food was perfect. Delicious, well cooked, very well presented and appropriately sized and priced. The 🍹 cocktails were scrumptious too. We’ll be back. Thank you Beatrice for making our little outing for a meal so special.

Thank you Mathilda, Holly, Cinthia and Flo for looking after me and my friends yesterday evening. The pup was understandably packed and we sat outside where with everyone else enjoying the weather. We had good quality "pub grub" ordered by QR code App direct to our table. They also sell Doghouse Distillery spirits which are made just around the corner and I can definitely recommend the Debt Collector whisky!

Great little pub, with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Good vegan options available, and non-alcoholic beer on tap, made this a great lunch option. I loved the tomato soup and broccoli. The plant-based burger was tasty as well. The garden was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the day away from the hustle and bustle of Brixton.

We went there for lunch and had the dinner menu. It was probably the most expensive lunch I've ever had but it was an experience that we've wanted to try for ages. The food was really good, I can't recommend it enough. My wife had an ice-cream. You can see what it looked like, it was lucky she didn't have two scoops 😅 but it was nice.

Premier Inn London Clapham hotel

guide name: Faye Anstee

We stayed here on Thursday. We needed to be somewhere near to battersea power station. A nice walking distance from hotel. The room was clean and comfy, as you would expect from a premier inn. Food was great. The thing that made our stay extra special, was the staff. They were all lovely, especially giani/giovanni (I think that was his name) He couldn't do enough for us. Thankyou for making us feel so welcome. Would absolutely book again.

The Fairy House by Fairytale Friends

I booked the experience for my 3 year old daughters birthday. The guests ages ranged from 3-7 and they were all completely captivated by the whole experience. It was super immersive and such a beautiful space. Katie has really thought of every little detail. I added the countdown letter pack which my daughter was eager to open every evening in the run up to her fairy party and it really added to the magic of the whole thing. It was truly a magical day that my daughter and her friends will never forget. Every little girl should have a party here! Thank you SO much Katie!

This is an incredibly funky bar. Feels very high end, modern interior. Lots of space including great outdoor area! We went for a private function. Drinks were higher end on prices (I am a northerner so it was to be expected!) £42 a bottle of prosecco and £9 a shot of Patron. However I loved the decor, vibe and the ladies toilets were stylish! Definitely a fantastic vibe!
