London Brookes College

I completed my IGCSEs at London Brookes College and had a wonderful experience. The teachers are highly professional, are friendly and considerate, and do their outmost best in order to help the students succeed. The reception staff are always nice and welcoming, and are ready and eager to help, whenever you have a question or a problem. The director is caring for the well-being of the students and whenever I was faced with a difficult question, he would listen and help me with it. The college offers the students everything they can in order to allow them to succeed and reach the best grade.

Absolutely fantastic. All these airplanes look so good taken care of. You might get the impression that you would be able to just climb into the pilot seat and fly off. It is extremely wonderful to see that these machines have been so well taken care off. Free entry, no ticket needed, everything you ever wished for. And if you are happy in the same way that I was, leave some money there.

Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall

I love this place, I've visited twice now and food is delicious, the portions are ENORMOUS and the vibe is so lively and enjoyable. I recommend the Korean spot and the Indonesian place too, but there is so much to try you really will find something you love here... just bring some takeaway tubs because you're gonna need them!

The environment is welcoming. The staffs are great. Very friendly and polite. The Chefs behind the scene do a very good job with the food. The presentation, the temperature and of course the taste is on point. And yeah good selection of food for breakfast or brunch.

Montrose Park

guide name: Al Noname

Not really a park - just a greener place left between the urban surroundings, split in two by the road. It borders some of the deprived areas and this is reflected in the visitors. I'd not walk there after dark. The main attraction is the slopes for skateboards and bicycles and adjacent activity centre for youth. No toilets, unless you visit a cafe.

Golden Dragon (Colindale)

guide name: Shane Murphy

Been eating in this restaurant for more than 4 years now. I believe that this is one of the most best Asian restaurants in London. The staff members are always kind, helpful. It’s always busy on the weekends, so i try go there early. Dim sums, roast duck, Fried chicken and sweet and sour chickens are my favs. Prices of food are very reasonable.

Premier Inn London Hendon (The Hyde) hotel

guide name: Emily X

This Premier Inn feels tired, it has signs of wear, too few staff for the numbers particularly if you are eating dinner, very strange smells in the corridor, you have to request a clean service for your room if you want new towels or beds made (we didn't realise this at first). All that said, staff were friendly, rooms were warm, breakfast selection is tasty as usual, small kettle in the room is a nice touch, location convenient for us. A solid 3 star hotel.

JM Oriental

Loved our meal at JM Oriental in Colindale! The cocktails were amazing, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The food was just as impressive, from colourful dim sum and fluffy char siu bao to the truffle roast duck and crispy egg tarts. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented. Service was friendly and attentive too. A real gem — we’ll definitely be back!

KFC Colindale - The Hyde

guide name: Harry Su

Ordered 20 hot wings + 2 fries but instead I got 10 wings + 4 fries. The store wasn't even busy, only one other customer at the counter, no other orders on the screen but mine so they were not rushed off their feet where you could forgive such a mistake. Annoyed I didn't check the bag before I left the store, even more annoyed that I actually asked the cashier TWICE if it was my TWENTY hot wing meal to which she said yes.

Heybourne Park

Beautifully designed modern park with plenty of green space, a well‑kept playground, and dog‑friendly areas. Great for families, relaxing walks, and enjoying some fresh air. The community feels safe and welcoming, and it’s a lovely spot to spend time outdoors. Highly recommend for anyone living nearby or visiting the area!

U K Favourite Pizza

guide name: Mr_Shadow_MD

Terrible experience! I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone and was told they’d be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up after 20 minutes, only to be told my order hadn’t even been started — they completely forgot about it! Then I was told to wait another 15 minutes, even though the place was practically empty. After wasting all that time, I finally got my pizzas, went home, and discovered they were missing ingredients (no corn) and weren’t even properly baked. Absolutely unacceptable. This is careless service and low-quality food. I will not be ordering here again.
