guide name: Denise BrimsThe instructor (Yvonne O’Gara) did not always provide clear or supportive leading cues and at times rushed us, which may have contributed to one woman losing balance and falling. Rather than offering her an alternative asana or checking in, the teacher only said, “Don’t apologise, that’s ok, do what feels right for you.” There were also inconsistencies in the instruction. For example, she cued us into Warrior II but referred to it as Warrior I, and the sequence overall felt improvised. During Prasarita Padottanasana (wide-legged forward fold), I placed the crown of my head on the mat, something I enjoy and have practised for many years. Instead of encouragement or a neutral acknowledgment, the teacher referred to it as “the ego pose” while looking directly at me, which felt belittling rather than supportive. For context, I am an award-winning yoga teacher who has taught thousands of students internationally over the past eight years, and I would never dream of yoga-shaming a student in that way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling criticised rather than nurtured, and I will not be booking this class again. I am also hesitant to return to triyoga in the near future and will most likely share my experience with my wider circle of friends at Third Space, school, running club and other places.

The Little Gym Wandsworth & Fulham

This is the only activity that’s really resonated with my son and he loves it. The equipment is fantastic and the space is so open and they even have tea and coffee making facilities for adults! Since we started my sons (now 3) confidence and core strength has really come on and we have noticed the difference in his physical development. A special mention to Joe and Jack who have gone out of their way to get both my son and I settled. They also do fantastic holiday camps too! I would recommend the little gym Fulham to my friends without hesitation!

Morley College London - Chelsea Centre for Creative Industries
guide name: Cheryl-ann DiamondAtrocious and a non starter experience with this place, a waste of time. I initially emailed the college to simply enquire about the Access to HE Art & Design course that I was looking to start in 2026/2027, explaining that I would like to discuss things with a student advisor. Weeks later I was told to come to the open enrollment. I arrived there on the day and it was clear that this wasn't the case and I was encouraged to sign up for this year last minute... but I had the pleasure of being shown around with one of the lovely tutors named Phillip, and although the admin side of things did seem a bit all over the place (as I'd seen mentioned time and time again in reviews.) On the day of enrollment I was told that I would be emailed by Matt the course leader. The next day I recieved an email from admin telling me to provide ID to secure my place on the course, which I already did. I tried to call the college only to have my call dumped. I thought that there must be a technical error with the phone line and in the chaos of enrollment it hadn't been attended to. The next day someone from the college called. I asked them if the line hanging up was an error to which they flippantly said 'No that's not normal, it's just that right now as you can imagine the college is absolutely inundated so they switch the lines off' The week rolled on and I had absolutely 0% communication from the college, what's more it dawned on me that the tube strikes are going to hit the exact days of my first week. So from the middle of the week I was frantic trying to call in, emailed admin, nothing back. I repeatedly tried to check their website (nothing) social media (Facebook hadn't been posted on since 2020, Twitter started yet never posted on.) So in the end I had to make a decision to trust that if this course was beginning this week then the students would be informed, I live one and a half hours away when transport is running normally. To just think how long it would of taken me to get to this place on strike day when I haven't even been told absolutely anything, if the course is even running. You would have to be out of your mind to take two buses, part train, then another two buses at rush hour in the midst of strike day for possibly no reason, and have no ability to even be able to check or speak with anyone there. Anyway, so we get to this morning when I'm in the middle of an appointment and saw a private number call which I knew must be of importance. I answered cheerfully and with relief when I heard that it was Matt, finally, I will find out what is happening here. I realised from his manner that he wasn't happy with me, that I hadn't attended the first day yesterday. Horrified. Every student's nightmare. Surely I'm thinking that he cannot understand the whole truth of the scenario and what I have been through. I told him everything, only to continue to be, for lack of a better word, 'berated' with 'well there were other students who live further away from you and they got here' 'I did send out an email to everyone on the course.' 'It's business as usual here at Morley college' When I told him that I'd never recieved any such email instead of an understanding and maybe even an apology he said 'uh, oh yeah, you must of been one of the ones who wasn't put on the list' and continued on with the same attitude. He asked me flatly how I was planning to come in the next day and I was so upset and in shock by this point my mind was going blank - aside from an anxiety attack and instincts of not thinking I really want anything to do with this college, nor him after feeling belittled. The nail in the coffin was when he declared 'I think all this is showing that you aren't ready for such an intensive course like this' to which I let him know that I am sorry, but what all shows is that the miscommunication and admin in Morley college is terrible and I don't want to go any further. The experience has left me upset, however I know I have dodged a bullet, and I'm thankful that I didnt waste my learner's loan and time with this place.

guide name: Martin ReviewsBattersea Park is honestly one of my favourite spots in London. It’s such a nice escape from the busy streets, and the wildlife makes it feel really special – you’ll see swans, ducks, and loads of squirrels running about. The lake is beautiful and really peaceful, especially if you just want to sit and watch the world go by for a bit. It never feels too crowded either, which I love. The park is also perfect for a chilled day out. There are plenty of picnic areas where you can spread out a blanket and relax, and the old Pump House is a cool little historic touch that gives the place some character. The walking paths are lovely – you can do a long loop around the park or just wander through the tree-lined areas. It’s the kind of place where you can go for a jog, a dog walk, or just a lazy stroll and it always feels refreshing. Food-wise, there are a couple of cafés and spots where you can grab something to eat or a coffee, which makes it easy to spend a whole afternoon there. Between the wildlife, the lakes, the space to relax, and the fact you can get food without leaving the park, it really has everything you need for a day out. Definitely a place I keep going back to.

Unfortunately service was a complete miss for us - our server was a bit standoffish (for no apparent reason), the food took a while to come out, and they took forever to bring the bill (and then the card machine) despite asking a few times. Overall it’s a good place and I’d like to come back, hopefully with a better service experience.

National Army Museum
guide name: Lauren SWe recently visited the National Army Museum in Chelsea, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The museum itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully laid out, making it a very comfortable place to explore — especially if you’re visiting with elderly family members or those with additional needs. I went with an elderly relative living with dementia, and the visit couldn’t have gone better. Everything was clear, accessible, and thoughtfully designed, with wide entrances, plenty of seating areas, and engaging displays that held attention without overwhelming. The use of bright colours and clear signage made it easy to navigate and enjoy at our own pace. The café was also lovely, serving great food and drinks in a relaxed setting. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff — every single person we spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. It was truly a brilliant day out — both educational and enjoyable — and we left feeling uplifted and grateful for such an inclusive and well-run space. Highly recommended for visitors of all ages and abilities!

guide name: Bella BellaI dine in this restaurant regularly, and recently found out the lunch menu is a good value for money but quality doesn't compromise. I tried couple of things on different days. As always, attentive service, generous portion and delicious food. The fries and the milkshake were the highlight 😋 I highly recommend the fried calamari and lobster & shrimps sandwich. I would not recommend mussels, they were not quite fresh and too salty.

However, we were a little disappointed that several animals were not visible during our visit, with only the information signs indicating what should be there. It felt a bit like most of the visit was focused on the play area rather than the zoo itself. Still, it’s a lovely place for families, and with a few more visible animals, it could be an even better experience.
